Everytime I come here, Cafe Bunn Mi has been consistent and serves delicious food every time. I'd like to especially highlight their Banh Mi sandwiches since the priciest one on their menu still below $13 dollars which is rare these days. I love the fancy pork and crispy duck sandwiches. Bread is crispy and they are generous with fillings. Their vermicelli bowls are awesome. Special pho is good too but request the beef slices on the side if you are particular about that. A must try are also the crunchy nem rolls! Love the seating inside. It's an order than seat yourself type of place.

If you want a packed and very filling Banh Mi that is reasonably priced look NO further! I personally got the Fish Banhi (battered sole fish) that comes with pickled veggies, jalapeños, aioli, and vegetable slaw and a plum sauce! It was interesting cause I've never had a Banh Mi with fish, but it was actually really good and paired well with all the veggies inside the baguette. However, I do recommend that you eat them right away or dine in to enjoy them. The bread did get pretty soggy when I got home, but despite that the sandwich was still enjoyable. The interior was nice and spacious, and staff were fast and efficient!

Got the Crispy Duck Banh mi. It was pretty good. Need to try the combo pork next time as well as the other stuff on the menu. Yeah, definitely recommend.

Not a bad spot for Banh Mis. A little on the pricier side, but they do fill up the sandwiches like no other! Cafe Bunn Mi is located in Downtown South San Francisco off Grand Ave. Parking in the area can be tough, especially around lunch time, but there are plenty of street parking as well as garage parking nearby. The place itself is really cute. There are a couple of tables and chairs to dine in. I normally just go for the Combination Pork Banh Mi which as of time of writing is $12.50. They stack the sandwich with tons of meat and their bread is quite tasty. I've also tasted the Crispy Duck one and if you want to try something different, this is the one I would recommend. The place also serves other types of food like rice, noodles, salads, etc. Overall, a great place for banh mis! This is one of my go-tos downtown.

Their tofu bahn mi is perfection. The service is also excellent and extremely quick. I've never had an issue parking nearby during the week at around noon.

Buddha Tofu Sandwich was delicious. I recommend this place. Service was quick. There's a good amount of parking around this area.

I tried the crispy duck sandwich and the jackfruit shake. The shake had a sufficient amount of jackfruit in it. I love how it's well blended because I don't like the pieces. My 3 year old liked it too! The sandwich had enough of the crispy duck and the sauce and veggies made it all well fit together. Service is nice and great as well! Plenty of space to sit while you wait for your order to go!

Was suggested to try out this spot, so glad I did. Hands down, the crispy duck sammy hit so hard. The tenderness of meat was yummy. The bread was fresh and crunchy but soft enough to devour. Good size sammy for lunch unless you like sharing it with another. Overall the combo of slaw and duck, ughhh say less. I took order to go but there is a good amount of seating indoors. Menu has such a variety, will come back to try more. Service was prompt and didn't have to wait too long for order.

The crispy duck banh mi is delicious! My brother kept telling me to go to this place to try that and I totally get why now. It was so delicious and the duck was cooked so well. I crave it all the time! The service was great - when we ordered they were very efficient and nice! The restaurant has plenty of seats as well. This is for sure one of my favorite spots in downtown SSF!
